Return Policy -

Please, read this first before initiating a return. Raise a query by calling in given number in case of any concerns.

Returns will be accepted on the following conditions:

  • The product will be returned if unused and must be in the same condition as delivered.
  • The product should be in proper packing with no damage and dents on it.
  • Return of the product will be accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • If received part(s) is damaged, return request is initiated within (1 day of product delivery (10 days return window not applicable)
  • Electronic items will be non-returnable as per the policy of

Key Points:

  • The customer can return the product from their order panel itself.
  • The customer shall check the consignment for any Physical damage and if found, do upload the photo in the order panel while returning the product.
  • While returning the product customer should make sure that the product is repacked properly so that it should be not damaged in transit. if found damaged, will not take responsibility to give return/replace.
  • The final decision, in manufacturing defect/item's fault claim, will be taken by & the supplier.
  • Shipping and finance (gateway) costs are not subject to refund. The cost of return shipping can be deducted from your refund.


After the returned part is received, inspected, and approved by our QC team, it would take 1 day for the refund to initiate.

Once the customer returns the product, it will take takes up to 5-7 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your source account.
